Local SEO is not a switch. It is a sequence, and each phase builds on the one before it. Below is what we do in each phase and what you can expect to see, so progress is judged against a plan rather than a promise.
Phase 1
(Weeks 1–2)
What we do
We measure your baseline coverage across the whole service area, rebuild your Google Business Profile from the ground up, clean up your listings, install the review system and connect tracking.

Your starting position, mapped across your full service area. Nothing has moved yet, by design. This is the baseline every later report is measured against.
Phase 2
(Weeks 3–6)
What we do
Category and service corrections take effect. Weekly posts begin, review requests go out after every job and your photos are refreshed.
What you will see
Profile views and search appearances are usually the first metrics to rise, followed by early ranking gains in the areas closest to you. This is where the quickest wins land.
Phase 3
(Months 2–3)
What we do
Review volume builds steadily. We close the gaps your competitors are winning on, publish your service pages and secure the first local links.

Your coverage map begins to expand outward, and calls from your profile become measurable.
Phase 4
(Months 4–6)
What we do
Reviews and links continue to accumulate. Content expands to additional services and areas, and we monitor rankings, listings and competitors weekly.

This is where meaningful movement in map position usually appears. Coverage extends further from your location.
Phase 5
(Months 6+)
What we do
We maintain what has been built, defend it against competitors doing the same work, and expand into adjacent services and neighbouring areas.
What you will see
Visibility is now an asset that keeps working for you. Quarterly strategy reviews set the next targets.
How it works
Timings are typical for a single-location business in a mid-size Lithuanian city. Crowded categories and larger cities can take longer. You will know which you are after the baseline scan, not after six months.
